I help healthcare and public health organizations learn how to better serve Transgender, Non-Binary, and Intersex people to improve access to health services for gender-expansive communities and reduce health disparities.
I offer live and self-paced capacity-building training, keynote and panel speaking engagements, one-on-one and small team strategic coaching, and technical assistance to support service providers. The goal is to increase the number of gender-affirming services in our communities and better prepare staff to meet the needs of Transgender, Non-Binary, and Intersex patients and clients.
